Colourblock-ing | PhotoDiary

For last couple of months I’ve had this weird obsession concerning monocoloured or texturized walls. I suppose the idea behind searching for such somewhat minimalistic yet colourful object originated from my late admiration of all the tones appearing around us.

I fell for the deatils in urban architecture and simpy cannot stop seeking the most unique examples of it. Colour in general has always been one of my preffered ways to express certain things in art as well as in everyday, because of that I am strongly attracted to single pigmented everything, basically.

So far, I have a few representatives of certain colours and textures, are You ready?

Colourblocking | Blue. One of the primary colours. Couldn’t be happier on this not-so-blue Wednesday.

Colourblocking | Let’s talk yellow - primary colour, seriously lemon like and expresses happiness as nothing else.

Colourblocking | Black (oh, the texture)… black is not a colour, it’s a life style. Seriously though, it is.

Colourblocking | That’s a stone.

Colourblocking | Pink wall… Pretty unique piece of art

Colourblocking | Green

What is Your favorite spot to find mono-coloured wall art?

xoxo, Ala
